Story of a DVD Pirate
Advertising December 28th, 2007‘Interview with a Prisoner’ was one of the most famous TV serials. Last two episodes of that program were about video piracy. In one of the interview a person told the audience all about the video piracy. Most of his talk was about DVD copying.
Normally the price of a DVD movie ranges from 20 to 50 dollars, and a software DVD starts from 50 dollars and goes to hundreds of dollars. This price is out of range for most of the people. So instead of buying the DVDs from authorized dealers, they go for lower prices and buy the pirated edition of those DVDs at low prices. DVD pirates just buy one original DVD and then copy DVDs from that. All they need is just the best DVD copying software. With the help of that software you can make hundreds of copies of the original DVD with no expenses and sell them at your own process, much less then the original.
Buy one original DVD of a movie and then with your DVD copy software, make as many copies as you want. If the original movie costs 50 dollars, you can sell your DVD at just 10 dollars and can save more than half of it.
Interview of that DVD pirate made a lot of people think, that if buying pirated DVDs at low prices is a crime then how to avoid being a part of that. Authorities must take some action to control the rapidly increasing prices of DVDs so that this piracy can be controlled.
