As expected, when my grandmother died, her three sons and five daughters fought over her diamonds. It was all she left for her children and they’re considered priceless since these diamonds were acquired, bought and taken cared of by my grandmother for the last eight years of her life. Imagine the value of the diamonds at the time of her death. But greediness really comes in. Everyone wanted a great deal of the jewelry my grandmother left and each had its own argument. If my grandmother were alive, she would thrown away the jewelry to charity had she known that it would cause a great disagreement between her children. Since everyone was in disarray, the oldest grandchild suggested to sell diamond jewelry and divide the money by eight. What a brilliant suggestion!

Down came the problem of choosing the company to sell the priceless jewelry. But again our eldest cousin gave them a wise suggestion about this online company who buys diamonds at the right price. So, they went to this company. To sell diamonds of my grandmother was easy after all. But all of them argued and haggled for the best possible price and that company was quite adept with its appraisal and knowledge about jewelry so eventually all of them agreed with the price. They were happy and in not time, the money was divided. They all went back to their lives with happy heart. Good thing, my cousin was there to help out. Elders learn from the young sometimes.
