I used to wear offensive t shirts before I got married. My wife told me that I had to start dressing like a grown up when we got married. I was not happy with the whole thing, since she knew that ninety percent of my wardrobe was offensive t shirts and she met me wearing one. She explained that she liked them when we were back in college but since we are starting a new life with real jobs, I should start thinking of getting rid of them.

I will pack all my offensive t shirts away and put them in the basement, but I am not going to get rid of them. I was thinking that if I cannot wear offensive t shirts then maybe she will be okay with me wearing clean funny shirts instead. I will ask her to okay everyone that I purchase to make sure that she approves and it may be a good way for us to compromise on the subject.

If I am willing to give up my old shirts then I am certain that she will be willing to give a little on the t shirt subject. I know that she just said the offensive ones needed to go, and did not say anything about trying a kind of t shirt.
